Once we understand your aims and objectives, we will fully scope the project and identify any further opportunities or risks. We use our visionary approach to ensure we are working towards optimal achievable results.

We can consult with other stakeholders and the general public if necessary to ensure the planning process is heavily knowledge based and evidenced. We will create tender documents to specify the contract work and also manage the tender process. We will present all specifications and quotations to our client, making recommendations and then award contracts to successful contractors.

We are usually happy to manage all outputs on site, keeping clients up to date every step of the way, until eventual successful completion.

We have a proven track record of delivering high value project work in both the public and private sectors, within defined budgets and timeframes. So far, we have delivered over £1,500,000 of project work for the public sector. We can often offset a minimum of 10% of the costs with grant funding.

Where applicable, we will seek grant funding to reduce costs for our client.
Our project management services are delivered on a pre-agreed hourly rate.

Once a regime has been designed by us and is agreed with our client, we will specify it in detail and source contractors to deliver the necessaries. We will then oversee the work as needed ensuring quality is delivered on time and on budget.
